We execute audits as part of a structured and flexible audit toolbox. This includes internal audits, supplier audits, and targeted gap assessments, using: your processes and templates, risk-based scoping, appropriate audit formats (onsite, remote, hybrid; light vs deep-dive).

Focus: generating meaningful insight, not just findings

VALIDATE:

We test whether audit activities truly cover risks and support decision-making. Through mock inspections, transition assessments (e.g. MDR, IVDR), and audit effectiveness reviews, we validate that: risks are detected early, gaps are prioritised correctly, and audit outcomes are defensible under inspection pressure.
